Dementia Friendly Health Walks
This is a free walk for people living with dementia and their care partners.
The walks are led by trained walk leaders and supported by volunteer backmarkers. No special equipment is required and you are free to walk at your own pace. The stroll is ideal for people returning to activity or wanting to become more active.
Sessions are fun and engaging, and gives you an opportunity to enjoy social time.
We are always delighted to welcome new walkers to our Dementia Friendly Health walk.
