Support Horizons

We work with adults with learning disabilities across Berkshire requiring support within their own home or out in the community which is flexible and creative, reliable and safe. All calls are a minimum of an hour and can include:

  • Support in your community
  • Supported living
  • Support within your own home
  • Support with personal care
  • Support to help you live as independently as possible
  • Support for social activities
