To join our libraries online visit our website. Click and collect orders can be placed via our website, or by phoning the library for those residents who do not have access to the internet. Phone line ( 0118 978 1368) is available Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm

Join Wokingham Library
You can join Wokingham library if you live, work or study in Wokingham borough, or are a member of any other library. There is no charge for joining Wokingham library.
To join
- Go to Wokingham library and fill in an application form
- Produce identification showing your name and current address such as driving licence, bank statement with bank card or utility bill less than 3 months old
- Under 18s need a signature from a parent or guardian

You will need your library card at each visit, to borrow books and other resources from the library and also to access public computers.

Art in the Library
'Art in the Library' gives local artists, art students and craftspeople a platform to exhibit their work and ideas. As most pieces are for sale, it is an ideal opportunity to buy or commission unique, crafted pieces and gifts.

Wokingham Town Centre Regeneration
Relocation of Wokingham Library to the Carnival Phase 2 Development
A planning application will be submitted in summer 2017 for the Carnival Pool Phase 2, which includes plans for an improved leisure centre and community facilities to include the relocation of Wokingham library.
