SHINE: Latino and ballroom class for people over 60 - Loddon Valley Leisure Centre
Our Latino dance classes are a great way to exercise body and mind.
Latino dance includes:
- Salsa
- Meringue
- Bacchata
- Basic Cha Cha Cha
- Basic Samba
It uses the upper and lower body and you have to engage your core muscles which give you stability and core strength.
