Badminton sessions for Wellbeing

Following guidance from the Government with regard to the coronavirus (COVID-19), before attending an activity, group, drop in, course or event listed on our directory please contact the organisation who is running the service to ensure it is still taking place.

Free Badminton sessions for anyone over 18, experiencing mental health problems and carers.

All the equipment is provided and these are drop-in sessions. So please do feel to pop by, meet our fabulous coach Gill and try out our fun sessions for all abilities.

All you need to do is wear comfy clothes and bring a bottle of water!
