New Support Solutions (NSS) is an innovative local enterprise providing person-led and holistic care and support services for individuals in need of care in their own homes. We enable people living with illnesses and disabilities to continue to live in their own homes for as long as possible and engage fully in their communities. Our team of qualified and compassionate staff will help you to remain safe and as well as you can be to live the life you want and give you the greatest satisfaction and your family, peace of mind.

Our services Offerings include: Personal Care, Live-in Care, Supported Living, Hospital to Home Service, End of Life Care and Direct Payments Management & Support. We offer a range of short and long term packages to suit individual needs and budgets. Our services are flexible and competitively priced allowing you to buy as much time as you need, when you need it.

Our person-led and holistic approaches to service delivery allow us to work collaboratively with you, your family, and friends and, partner agencies to meet all your needs. We can also help you to claim welfare benefits to ensure all your financial needs are met at home.

Our Personal Care services are inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We achieved “GOOD” in all 5 CQC areas of inspection in September 2017.

We believe in continuing personal development of all our staff to deliver the best care and support to the satisfaction of every one of our clients and their families. For example, a client’s son said…”many thanks for the care you and your team provided for my mum, it was fantastic that mum was able to live at home.”

We accept referrals from individuals, their families, friends, Local Authority Teams, Continuing Healthcare Teams etc.
