Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise, which uses a series of slow movements.
Tai Chi is very good for helping with relaxation and stress-relief. The slow and fluid movements of Tai Chi require concentration, control, co-ordination and balance.
Tai Chi also helps to strengthen the joints, makes you more supple and works your muscles.
