Admiral Nurses provide the specialist dementia support that families need. They work in the community, in care homes, in hospices and hospitals.

What the service does:

  • Improve the quality of life for people with dementia and their carers
  • Provide a range of interventions that help people live positively with the condition
  • Help develop skills to improve communication and maintain relationships
