Woodley Volunteer Driver Scheme

Transport for elderly and disabled residents in Woodley area.

Also provision of alarm aids for persons unable to afford them - service run by locals for locals. Those needing help in touch with those prepared to give it, for example with hospital visits, doctors, etc.

The cost of transport to medical appointments is covered by the WBC Bus Pass scheme.  Other trips, such as shopping, visiting and day centres are charged at fixed rates.
