Health services at children's centres

Following guidance from the Government with regard to the coronavirus (COVID-19), before attending an activity, group, drop in, course or event listed on our directory please contact the organisation who is running the service to ensure it is still taking place.


Description

Your local children's centre are free to use for all children unborn or under 5, as well as their parents, grandparents and any other carers, including professional home carers.

We offer NHS antenatal classes, Child Health Clinics and BfN (Breastfeeding Network) support groups.

Speech and language service 

Please note: Following government advice regarding Covid-19 outbreak, all speech and language therapy drop in clinics in the Reading, Wokingham and Newbury areas have been suspended.
