Outdoor Tai Chi for people experiencing mental health issues

Following guidance from the Government with regard to the coronavirus (COVID-19), before attending an activity, group, drop in, course or event listed on our directory please contact the organisation who is running the service to ensure it is still taking place.

COVID-19 Update

The safety of our attendees, coaches, volunteers, and staff is of the upmost importance to Sport in Mind. All sessions will be utilising social distancing (where possible) and have hand sanitisers available. Equipment will never be shared. 

Bring water bottle and raincoat if you wish.
