All Stars Theatre Academy

Welcome to All Stars Theatre Academy, which incorporates the formerly known school Daphne Bennett School of Dancing. The school was originally set up over 40 years ago by Daphne and David Reid who are still very much involved in the school. However since Daphne’s semi-retirement, All Stars Theatre Academy has evolved into a school with many different aspects to it such as Musical Theatre courses and specialist ballet classes which has enabled us to give a much more diverse range of training at an affordable rate.

The emphasis is on our training and we strive to provide a fun and interesting atmosphere where the students can learn, progress and maximise their potential. Each child is given individual attention with our small, friendly classes and is nurtured to fulfil their natural aptitude for their chosen subject.
Pupils enjoy the study of dance in a disciplined and structured manner and this provides them with regular exercise, so important to a healthy lifestyle. Most importantly we promote the enjoyment of dance and encourage children to express themselves. Our lessons are fun and fulfilling and always leave pupils wanting more.

Over the years pupils have gone onto lead successful careers in dance. Many pupils have joined professional dance companies, others have furthered their studies of dance at major stage schools and dance colleges. Some pupils have even qualified as dance teachers themselves.
