ASD Family Help - Parent/Carer Support Group

This is a drop in session, which will be at different locations each week. See our website for exact locations/times.
These sessions are for parents/carers of autistic individuals or other learning disabilities (no diagnosis required), to meet up and check in with others to boost morale and ensure we all feel supported.
ASD Family Help staff/volunteers will be at these sessions to listen and support people who are feeling overwhelmed/isolated or just want a chat and a cuppa. We offer FREE information and signposting to local services and activities.
We also offer help with benefits but this is by appointment only.
