This session is for people age 18 plus and is free to take part in. It helps promote and encourage positive mental wellbeing through sport and exercise.
The circuit class is fun and enjoyable using body weight and free weight exercises. You do as much as you feel comfortable and you can push yourself as much as you like. While the instructor corrects your technique along the way.
