SHINE: Aquacise for people over 60 - Loddon Valley Leisure Centre
'Aquacise' is an exercise class which takes place in the water, suitable for all levels of fitness. Aquacise offers many benefits, whether you are looking to improve your endurance or rehabilitate after an injury, and the water provides a good level of support.
