Hello, I’m Hannah I have been working in Adult and elderly care since 2011 as a health care assistant in domiciliary and in a care home. I consider myself an empathic person, who enjoys helping others. I am an extremely reliable, honest, friendly, and compassionate carer with excellent Person-centred care skills. Being a care assistant is more than just a job for me, I am passionate about the care I provide for others. I have experience and have been trained in a variety of aspects in care to help people live well in their homes and out and about. This can range from daily personal care, housekeeping, shopping, appointments, maintaining independence, companionship, Dementia / Alzheimer’s care, meal prep and much more.
