Sport in Mind delivers free sport and physical activity sessions to help people experiencing mental health issues (18+). All our session are drop-in sessions and open to all abilities, with the aim of having fun, in a safe and supported environment.

Free Badminton and table tennis sessions for anyone over18, experiencing mental health problems and carers.
All the equipment is provided and these are drop-in sessions. So please do feel to pop by, meet our fabulous coach Gill and try out our fun sessions for all abilities.
All you need to do is wear comfy clothes and bring a bottle of water!
