The Supported Employment Service provides a friendly and confidential employment support service for people covered under the disability provision of the Equality Act 2010 and people transitioning from education into employment.

We can help if you are looking for work but need extra support, if you are planning to return to work, require further training, or need support when meeting an employer.

Ace@Optalis

Ace@Optalis is a groundbreaking supported employment course designed and delivered by Optalis to provide a smooth transition from college into employment for students who have been studying work-related courses at Reading College.

The course involved students attending Trinity Court at Optalis and participating in group training sessions, weekly 1-1 meetings with a job coach, goal setting, vocational profiling, managing stress, interview practice, travel training, work experience and paid work in partnership with local businesses and organisations.

Support for Wokingham young people age 16 to 24 years who are not in Employment Education or Training

Supported Employment Service also provide support for Wokingham NEET ( Not in Employment Education or Training) for ages 16 - 24 years.

We provide support for NEET's in Wokingham and Berkshire wide.
