Ginette Philpott

Graded good by Ofsted.

15 years Childminding experience.  Previously employed by Thames Valley Police, Reading.

Certificates for Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding,  Food Safety and Hygiene, Data Protection, member of PACEY.

I have a large secure, child-friendly back garden; With a large patio area perfect for tricycles, scooters and other outdoor equipment, whatever the weather.

When the weather is dry, we enjoy nature walks at Dinton Pastures and play parks.  Each year I take the Children to the zoo and Childrens’ farms and we love to have picnics whenever possible! I visit a toddler group several times a week to help children learn to socialize.

There are plenty of arts and craft materials, books and puzzles to keep us busy. Activities are based around EYFS and to compliment Primary School curriculum.  A baseline assessment for your child will be completed within the first two weeks of placement and trackers completed thereafter;  this will help you monitor and enjoy your child's development.

I have a laid-back, friendly family dog, called Teddy, who has helped children overcome their fear of dogs.
