The Red Kite Children's Centre

Description

The Red Kite Children’s Centre is located on the St Mary’s Junior School Site in Shinfield

Services have been developed to meet the needs of the local community and include the full range of health, education and parenting support.

Activities include painting, drawing, play dough, home corner, sand tray, story time and songs.

Sessions include:

  • Play and Learn for children under 5 years of age
  • Baby Play for pre-walkers
  • Health Reviews (appointments only)
  • Support for additional needs

Booking Required for all sessions

Sessions can be booked 24 hours in advance (1 working day) by telephoning your local centre between 9.30am and 4.30pm.

Sessions that run on Monday should be booked on the preceding Friday.

Parking is available in the local residential area only.

We request that all parents and carers attending the Centres park considerately and not block driveways or cause an obstruction to residents. Please ensure you are not parking in residential allocated parking spaces or blocking the garages.

Out of area residents: Wokingham Borough Council Sure Start Children's Centres are for Wokingham Borough families only.   If you live outside of the area, please visit your local centre who will be very happy to assisst.
