ARC Counselling Service
ARC offers a free and confidential youth counselling service. for over 18s we now offer low cost counselling sessions.
We offer this service to anyone who needs counselling, young and old, in a warm, comfortable and safe environment
Our Counsellors go through a very careful selection process and undergo a police check in accordance with current government requirements. They are required to keep their skills up to date by attending training courses each year.
We are an accredited member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and abide by the BACP ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy. Copies available on request.

Anyone who needs counselling
If you look on our website and fill in your details on the contact us page, or telephone for an appointment, you will be placed on our waiting list which we try to keep to a minimum. All aspects of the appointment will be explained to you by our friendly reception and you can ask whatever questions you wish.
If you telephone outside office hours, please leave a message together with a telephone number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
The best time to call us is during the day from 10am to 2pm, but please call back or leave us a message if we are busy.
We also operate from Woodley in the evenings only. All appointments should be made through the Wokingham office.
